Hourly service is arranged for a period of use rather than a single transfer between two addresses. You can request transportation between meetings, visits or events; provide the addresses and planned schedule so we can review whether the itinerary is workable.
Duration and use of time
The minimum booking is 3 hours. Specify the duration you need; passenger waiting time during the service is included within those hours. Use beyond the booked duration is calculated in 15-minute blocks, with each started block rounded up, at the rate agreed for the booking. We review the amount and terms with you before confirmation.
Pickup, stops and an open itinerary
Provide a full pickup address and date and time in America/New_York. You can request an open itinerary without a fixed final destination. Describe the intended order of visits and any scheduled appointments in the notes. Complete the address of each stop added to the form, or remove it; route changes require review and are not approved merely by entering them.
What to prepare for your request
Have your requested hours, passenger and luggage counts — zero bags is valid — name and phone number with country code ready. Email is optional and you can continue as a guest. Luggage and assistance requirements are reviewed individually; listing them does not guarantee special equipment or services.
