Cleveland transportation and CLE Airport
Request transportation for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) or an executive point-to-point trip in Cleveland. Include both addresses and your pickup time in New York time. Every request requires manual review of timing, availability and price.

Submitting a request does not confirm availability, price or a booking. Trip terms and the amount are reviewed before payment. Opening or returning from a payment link is not proof of payment. SMS is optional; see its specific policies.
Before you book
Which service should I choose?
Choose Point-to-point for a pickup and destination. For Airport transfer, choose From airport or To airport and enter the airport or terminal and the other address. Hourly / As-Directed starts with your pickup and requested hours; a destination is not required.
What trip details should I prepare?
Enter the total passengers and luggage for your group, the number of vehicles requested, and your pickup date and time. Pickup times use Cleveland’s time zone (America/New_York). Requesting a vehicle does not confirm its availability or capacity.
Do I need an account?
An account is optional. You can continue as a guest; keep your booking session available when returning to your request. Knowing a trip number alone does not provide access to booking details.
Does the driving time include live traffic?
Driving time is an estimate and does not include live traffic. A route and fare can be shown only when verified route information is available. Hourly service does not require a driving route.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after the price, availability and payment have been verified. A fare estimate or returning from checkout alone is not confirmation. After confirmation, keep your trip number for contacting your driver or our team.
